• Pre-training data access and licensing
• Custom data collection services
• Tele-operation data services
• Research and consulting services

• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt our services

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Sentientx website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Sentientx or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Research Index: Our curated research summaries and analyses are our original work. Links to external papers are provided for reference and remain the property of their respective authors and publishers.

Data Services: Ownership and licensing terms for data are defined in separate service agreements.

5. Confidentiality

We treat all client information and project details as confidential. We are willing to enter into Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) upon request to protect your proprietary information.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sentientx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or errors
• Actions taken based on website content

Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing our services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Indemnification
